Market Overview

Prices of raw materials for additives such as pure benzene, aniline, cyclohexylamine, acetone and MIBK remained stable this week.

The overall demand for accelerators continues to be flat, but prices continue to remain stable under the support of high cost. At present, the downstream in the rubber price soaring, all-steel inventory is high, hot weather and other factors under the influence of the start-up has slipped, resulting in accelerator basic on-demand procurement-based, and the market is still bearish mood. As the accelerator is basically close to the cost line, the current cost of raw materials by the main influence; is expected to accelerator prices in the near future to maintain a stable trend.

Antioxidant market prices are basically stable. Affected by the previous price increase, the antioxidant market to bring some stocking demand, but the downstream demand is limited in the context of the demand is difficult to sustain, delivery back to the flat, production plants and channels shipments pressure. However, under the strong support of the upstream raw materials, it is expected that the price of antioxidants will basically remain stable next week.

Insoluble sulfur supply remains sufficient, prices remain stable; zinc oxide prices fell slightly, stearic acid, anti-coking agents and silane coupling agents remain stable.
